Ingredients: Milk 4 cup/1 liter Rose syrup 2 tbsp Coconut pwd 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Cashews 2 tbsp OR 1/2 cup malai Cornstarch/cornflour 1 1/2 tbsp tutti fruity/ dry fruit for garnish (optional) Tips: You may use 1/4 cup milk powder as a replacement for 1 cup milk in the recipe. This will reduce cooking time. You may use cornstarch/cornflour/rose flavored custard powder as the thickening agent. You may use 1/2 cup malai as a replacement of cashews. Mix in malai (beaten to smoothen and strained) in the end along with rose syrup. You may use 1 cup whipping cream (whipped to soft peaks) as a replacement of cashews.
